We help you to start your career!

The safest way to get your new job!

In order to guarantee you a safe and transparent way to the future and to optimally integrate you, we work exclusively with employers who have participated in the mobility programs of the European Commission.

Your goals are our goals!

The companies that Joblaborum works with are renowned clinics and companies offering permanent employment contracts with very good terms.

All companies are enrolled in the job program “Your first Your job” or “Reactivate”, a program of the European Commission managed by the Italian Ministry of Labor. These programs support mobility in Europe through a range of measures, including a partial reimbursement of language training costs in the home country, a contribution to travel abroad, reimbursement of interviewing expenses, and translation costs for the recognition of official documents.

In addition, YfEj / Reactivate controls the reliability of the companies and the compliance with the contracts in force in the respective countries. This guarantees the candidate a permanent monitoring of the process, from selection to employment with permanent employment contracts.

  • Send your CV in English or German
  • Participation in personel selections with the companies (interview with interpreter in your home country)
  • Confirmation of the employment relationship and employment contract in case of a positive result of the interview

  • Preparation of the documentation for the admission of the professional qualification

Your benefits through our program:

  • Reputable and Controlled Companies All companies are registered in European Union mobility programs that verify the seriousness of the company and compliance with applicable legislation
  • No clauses or financial obligations to our agency or employer The employment relationship may be interrupted at any time by observing the notice period. Once the preliminary contract has been completed, the workplace is officially secured! Moreover, unlike other programs, the workplace and the destination are unique from the time of selection. You will then know exactly where and under what conditions you will start to work

A large part of the costs to be covered for the language course will be reimbursed and the costs of translating the documents required for the recognition of the qualification will be covered

SWITZERLAND

suiza-flag

In Switzerland too, there is an urgent need for specialist staff for nursing and medicine, but mostly only for German-speaking counties.

Swiss clinics require at least 2 years of professional experience and an excellent German level (B2 / C1).

Without knowledge of good German, no application will be accepted.

As Switzerland is not a member of the European Union, no EU grants are paid for language courses.

Only those who take responsibility for the perfect German learning, can apply after reaching the level.
